    Upon arrival in Delhi, claim your bags and proceed towards arrival hall.  Our representative will meet you and assist you with your transfer to hotel. (Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm)

    Delhi is a city that has been an idyllic symbol of the magnificent past and thriving present of India. It has never failed to amaze its visitors with its beautiful blend of various nationalities, diverse cultures & traditions, heritage of the bygone eras and its modern lifestyle all rolled into one.

    This evening all participants will gather for dinner in the hotel restaurant where you will become acquainted with your fellow travelers, the coming days can be discussed at leisure with your Tour Guide.

  3. Day 3 - 20 Oct, 2022 Delhi - Sightseeing [B/L/-]

    After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for full day sightseeing of Old and New Delhi. Start with Old Delhi, Jama Masjid – it is the largest mosque in India. The Jama Masjid stands across the road in front of the Red Fort. Built between 1644 and 1658, Jama Masjid is one of the last architectural works of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Proceed for walk-in Chandni Chowk Market and get experience of Cycle Rickshaw ride – It is the main street of the old city of Delhi. There are shops, schools, residences, places of worship, old and new along the road. Explore Khari Baoli market, Asia’s largest wholesale spice market selling all kinds of spices, nuts, herbs and food products like rice and tea, operating since 17th century.

    Post lunch visit Humayun’s Tomb – Humayun died in 1556, and his widow Hamida Banu Begam, also known as Haji Begam, commenced the construction of his tomb in 1569, fourteen years after his death. It is the first distinct example of proper Mughal style, which was inspired by Persian architecture. Visit of Qutub Minar – Qutub ud Din Aibak, founder of the Delhi Sultanate, started construction of the Qutub Minar’s first story around 1192. It is a 73-metre (239.5 feet) tall tapering tower of five stories, it contains a spiral staircase of 379 steps. Its design is thought to have been based on the Minaret of Jam, in western Afghanistan.

    Continue with Orientation tour of Govt. Building and Rajpath – Rajpath, extending from India Gate to Rashtrapati Bhavan, is the central avenue of Delhi. This area was designed and built in a colonial style by the British architect Edwin Lutyens and his friend Sir Herbert Baker to house the Government Buildings since the year of 1931. The Rajpath of Delhi was formerly known as King’s Way.

  4. Day 4 - 21 Oct, 2022 Delhi - Agra [210 Kms. 5 hours Drive] [B/-/-]

    Today after breakfast, leave by surface for Agra.

    Arrive and check in at hotel. In the evening visit of Mehtab Bagh, the crescent-shaped Mehtab Bagh is the last in the series of 11 parks along the Yamuna River in Agra. Originally built by the first Mughal emperor- Babur in the early 1500s, the origin of the park goes back to the time when there was no Taj Mahal. However, later, this garden went into disrepair. It was Shah Jahan who rebuilt the garden to protect Taj Mahal from the abrasion of sand. This garden is located in such a way that it gives the perfect view of the Taj. At present, Mehtab Bagh, which is also known as ‘Moonlight Garden’, is reckoned to be one of the most beautiful places to visit in Agra.

  5. Day 5 - 22 Oct, 2022 Agra - Sightseeing [B/L/-]

    Early morning leave for the sunrise visit of Taj Mahal – symbol of love built by The Great Emperor Shah Jahan for the memory of his bellowed wife Mumtaz. (NOTE: Taj Mahal remain close on Friday and sunrise visit is subject to weather condition).

    Back to hotel for breakfast.

    Visit of Agra Fort – Fort is located on the bank of the river Yamuna in the city of Agra in Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the most important and robustly built strongholds of the Mughals embellished with number of richly decorated buildings encompassing the Mughal style of art and architecture.

    Later int the afternoon proceeds for lunch at Sheroes Hangout Café, run by acid attack survivors. Sheroes’ Hangout is a café for the public masses while a means of livelihood for the distressed acid attack survivor women. Being a café, it gives an opportunity to the public to visit and meet the brave women who have managed to survive and shown their courage to fight back the social evils of our society.

  6. Day 6 - 23 Oct, 2022 Agra - Jaipur [260 Kms, 6 Hours Drive] [B/L/-]

    After breakfast leave for Ranthambhore. En-route visit Fatehpur Sikri and Abhaneri.

    Visit Fatehpur Sikri – An ancient city built by Great Emperor Akbar as a Capital of Mughal Dynasty in 16th century, also known as ghost city, when it was abandoned by Akbar

    In Abhaneri, visit Chand Baori and Harsh-Siddhi Mata Temple. Chand baori (step well) is located opposite to Harsh-sidhhi Mata Temple which shows that there must have been a religious connection with the step-well. The well is 35 m on each side with steps leading down from each side and water can be drawn from any level. This is one of the deepest and largest step wells in India. It was built by Pratihar Rajput in 08th-9th century and has 3500 narrow steps and 13 stories and is 19.8 meter deep (NOTE: This visit will be without guide).

  7. Day 7 - 24 Oct, 2022 Jaipur - Sightseeing [B/-/D]

    After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for the visit of Amber Fort by Elephant/Jeep– This palace, situated at Amber, is the ancient capital of Kachawa Rulers, located 11 kms north to the city. Enroute photo stop of Hawa Mahal which is a large pink coloured facade with five stories. It has 953 small windows decorated with tiny lattice work. The literal meaning of Hawa Mahal is Palace of Winds. Hawa Mahal was built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799.

    Walk in the streets to see the decoration.

    Later in the evening, witness the Diwali celebration with local family, where guests will join a traditional Indian family at their heritage haveli where they will be greeted by head of the family in traditional attire, then guests will change to traditional Turbans (men) & Sarees (women). The Diwali festival celebrations will begin with special Diwali Puja and prayer ceremony with the family followed by fireworks and cultural folk dances followed by dinner with a noble family.

    In the mood of festivity when there will be sound of fireworks in the sky and people wishing Happy Diwali to each other you will be welcomed with a welcome drink followed by Indian sweets, Indian snacks followed by Dinner. The guest will enjoy celebration and fireworks to get indulged in the feeling of festival.

  8. Day 8 - 25 Oct, 2022 Jaipur - Sightseeing [B/-/-]

    After breakfast visit of City Palace – It is situated in the heart of the walled city. A superb blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture, the interiors of the Palace are lavishly furnished and decorated. The Museum houses a fabulous collection of textiles, art, crafts and arms. Visit of Observatory – Built in 1728 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. It has a remarkable collection of architectural astronomical instruments which was used to determine the position of the stars and planets, to calculate local time, to make horoscopes. It is still used today to forecast the expected arrival date and intensity of the monsoon.

    Rest of the day is free to stay at the hotel to enjoy spa facility.

  9. Day 9 - 26 Oct, 2022 Jaipur - Delhi - USA [B/-/D]

    And it’s time to say goodbye!  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Morning is free at leisure. We will continue our journey back to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, enjoy an early dinner at a local restaurant near the airport. Later, we will transfer you to Delhi International airport for your flight back home

A post signage on entrance door that no one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19 will be permitted in the hotel Public spaces. They will perform cleaning and disinfection in all public spaces with increased frequency; Hand sanitizers have been placed at all areas  and team facilities including lobby, dining outlets and reception desk, bathrooms and offices. The hotels will provide  surgical masks and gloves to guests and staff according to the new guidelines . Designated signage at all public areas, notifying guests of keeping social distance, wearing masks, use hand sanitizers.

Elevators, must be used by one passenger at a time, or guests sharing the same room. Still, we encourage you to use the stairs.

Our suppliers use transport companies, those have implemented to enhance hygiene protocols, to comply with physical distancing requirements by relevant government authorities and to give you peace of mind when you are travelling during these new times.

Following the outbreak of COVID-19, the transport companies  have taken additional measures to elevate our hygiene and sanitary practices in accordance with guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and as required, applicable government regulations.

The Driver training provides them with the latest hygiene protocols. They will clean and disinfect all surfaces including handrails, door handles, tables, seats, air-conditioning filters and overhead lockers on a daily basis.

All our guests are asked to follow hygiene practices recommended by the World Health Organisation including the thorough and regular washing of hands and sanitizing when required.

Hand sanitizer will be available on board for your use throughout the day.

Please bring your own washable face mask and gloves with you, and additional hand sanitizer to make you feel comfortable, as these will be required to be worn in public in some countries.

Should an unexpected situation arise, additional face masks, rubber gloves, antiviral sprays and wipes will be available for guest distribution on all trips.

The health and safety of our passengers and employees is our top priority. As questions and concerns arise as a result of COVID-19, our group of companies has taken a number of precautionary measures to provide the highest level of protection for our customers and team.

Our COVID-19 measures include:

  • The vehicles interiors are completely cleaned and sanitized daily.
  • Drivers now perform a thorough cleaning of the vehicle’s interior surfaces with disinfectant wipes between each trip.
  • Drivers have been issued protective disposable rubber gloves and masks.
  • With the exception of dispatcher, office staff are now working remotely, from home.
  • All employees have been instructed to self monitor, self isolate and seek immediate medical attention if they show any symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Under no circumstance will we allow sick employees to report for work.

At this time we don’t know what the exact future effects of Covid-19 will be on tourism in India. We hope that all attractions and hotels included in this offer will reopen and will continue to operate in 2021 but we may have to look for alternatives where this is not the case and we do appreciate your flexibility. We also do not know if social distancing restrictions will continue and so reserve the right to limit numbers on coaches and review prices if appropriate if these restrictions are applied by the governments.

Covid-19 Reschedule: Your tour qualifies from a reschedule to a future date based on government advisories. A mutually agreed date with the tour leader will be announced and all the deposits will be retained for future travel for the same trip.

  • In order to enter India, U.S. and Canadian citizens need a valid passport with an expiration date extending at least six months beyond the date of return.
  • We recommend having at least two blank passport pages for entry stamps.
  • U.S. and Canadian passport holders must obtain a visa in advance in order to enter India. You may choose to apply directly to the Indian consulateor use a visa provider. Obtaining an Indian visa will be an additional cost.
  • If you’re not a U.S. or Canadian citizen, you must contact the Indian consulate for specific entry requirements.
  • Please note that our travelers are limited to one checked bag and one carry-on bag per person due to storage limitations on motor coaches and other transfers, which may include train connections or flights.
  • Contact your airline(s) for baggage size and weight restrictions for your flights, which may include on-tour flights in addition to your round-trip flights to and from tour. Please note that your included on-tour flights may have more restrictive baggage limits.
  • Some airlines may impose additional charges if you choose to check any baggage or exceed baggage size and weight restrictions. Be advised that you are responsible for any baggage fees incurred on all flights.

  • Take proper care with sun exposure, the sun can be especially strong in some of the regions on this tour.

  • In the northern regions of India, you’ll encounter a great deal of flavorful meat dishes, as well as kebabs and biryanis. In tandoor cooking, probably the most popular cuisine in this region, vegetables, paneer (Indian cheese), or meat is marinated in spiced yogurt and cooked over coals. As many Indians are vegetarians, meat-free options abound. Meals are usually served with rice or bread, such as unleavened roti or deep-fried puri. Many of your included meals will be buffet style, which will allow you to try a variety of new dishes.
  • India operates on 230 volts and uses a type D plug with two small, round pins and one larger round pin.
